Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Digitize.com.pk. By creating an account, you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense or seems unfair, email us — we'd rather clarify than have you agree to something you don't understand.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Digitize. If you're a minor where you live, you'll need a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your password and everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think it's been compromised.

Acceptable use

Using Digitize means agreeing to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate them, without prior notice in serious cases (e.g. fraud, harassment, illegal content).

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it, you grant Digitize a license to display, distribute, and store it as part of operating the platform (e.g. showing your posts in feeds, search, and profiles). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

Points, tiers, and rewards

Points, tiers, and the reward catalog are features of the platform, not a currency or financial instrument — they have no cash value except through the specific redemption options we offer, and those options can change or be discontinued. Points earned through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system will be forfeited, and the associated account may be suspended.

Referral earnings and payouts

Referral commission rates and payout thresholds are set by Digitize and may change. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts obtained through fraudulent signups, self-referral, or other abuse of the program.

Identity verification

Some features (such as the verified badge and certain reward redemptions) require identity verification. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how that data is handled. We reserve the right to reject a submission or require resubmission if a document is unclear, expired, or doesn't match the account holder.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Disclaimers

Digitize is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that the platform will be error-free, or any particular outcome from participating in the points or referral programs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Digitize after a change means you accept the updated terms.
