Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 2026

Digitize.com.pk exists to help Pakistani developers, engineers, and AI builders learn from each other, share real work, and get credit — in reputation and in rewards — for contributing to the community. These guidelines exist to keep that space useful and safe for everyone.

What we encourage

  • Sharing genuine projects, code, write-ups, and questions.
  • Giving constructive, specific feedback — critique the work, not the person.
  • Crediting sources, libraries, and collaborators when you build on others' work.
  • Reporting bugs, spam, or abuse instead of engaging with it directly.

Not allowed

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of any member.
  • Spam, engagement farming, or coordinated inauthentic activity (including fake accounts used to inflate points, likes, or referral earnings).
  • Impersonating another person, company, or organization.
  • Posting malware, exploit code intended to cause harm, or instructions for illegal activity.
  • Sharing anyone's private information (including CNIC numbers, phone numbers, or home addresses) without their consent.
  • Scraping the platform or reverse-engineering the points/rewards system to extract value outside its intended use.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, point/earnings forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity. We aim to be proportionate — a first-time minor issue gets a warning, not a ban.

Reporting a problem

If you see something that violates these guidelines, email privacy@digitize.com.pk with a link or description of the content. We review reports as quickly as we can.
