How do I earn points?
You earn points for publishing a post (+15), leaving a comment (+5), hitting a 100-like milestone on a post (+25), and posting on consecutive days (+10/day). Your total earned points determine your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), while your spendable balance goes down when you redeem rewards.
How does the referral program work?
Copy your referral link from the Earnings page and share it. When someone signs up through your link, you earn a commission on their points activity — and on the activity of people they refer, up to 3 levels deep. Your commission rate depends on your tier.
How do I get verified (the KYC badge)?
Go to Profile and start identity verification. You'll upload your CNIC or passport, take a quick selfie, and submit for review. Most reviews finish within 24 hours. Approval earns you the verified badge plus 50 points.
How do I withdraw my referral earnings?
Once you have a pending balance on the Earnings page, click "Withdraw to Easypaisa" and enter your mobile number. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually, typically within a few business days.
Can I edit or delete a post or comment?
Yes — on any post or comment you authored, you'll see "Edit" and "Delete" options. Editing a post recalculates its hashtags based on the new text.
How do I report a problem or a violation?
Email us at privacy@digitize.com.pk with details or a link to the content in question.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@digitize.com.pk and we'll process the deletion and confirm once it's done. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.
